Since I had a nice long post about training Godly girls, I thought I would give some blog time to SportTman. He just auditioned and got a “gig” playing drums for a children’s ministry worship team at our church. He will play 1-2 times a month. I think it will be a great experience for him to use his gifts to honor the Lord…….he is so excited about it.
Another thing he is excited about is he MADE the baseball team he tried out for. It’s going to be a huge commitment in the spring, they will travel all over the east coast for tournaments. But we really prayed about him making this team, and feel it’s in the Lord’s hands, so we are all excited for him. It really is a big honor for him to make this team. Way to go SportTman, you are growing up and God is using YOU!
It is exciting to be a mom and watch your kids grow up and develop the gifts God has given them.
